Be a Master in judging people
There is a very famous legend related to Ganesha's encounter with Lord Kuber. Kuber, when heard of Lord Ganesha's love for food, invited him for a feast at his palace with and intention to show off his huge wealth.
However, he failed to fulfill Ganesha's hunger, as he kept asking for more food. At last, a small bowl of rice from a poor farmer's house satisfied Lord's hunger, teaching a hard lesson to Kuber.
Similarly, an entrepreneur should be able to judge who is actually offering a deal and who is just doing it to benefit himself.
