“Lack of direction, not lack of time, is the problem. We all have twenty-four hour days.” – Zig Ziglar

No, you are not going to waste the time of 30 minutes, but investing these 30 minutes, for making 1410 minutes of the day, with full positive energy, zeal, and enthusiastic mind.

Dear Entrepreneurs, What else you need?

Think of it this way: 30 minutes of yoga will recharge your battery for the remaining 1410 minutes in a day! Really brings things into perspective, doesn’t it?

The University of California conducted a research study, some time ago to understand the fitness of the entrepreneurs.

It was found that 49% of entrepreneurs surveyed were dealing with at least one mental illness (such as ADD, ADHD, bipolar disorder, addiction, depression, or anxiety). The physical health statistics aren’t optimistic either.

Isn't it shocking?

This is a reminder. This is an ALARMing situation for all the entrepreneurs to find time for their fitness. There’s no better motivator than a healthy body and mind! In fact, the most successful entrepreneurs learn to care for their physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing early on, and it really pays off in the end.

A strong mind can carry a weak body. But, a weak mind cannot carry even a strong body. - Gurudev Sri Sri Ravishanakar.

Here are some of the basic, but most useful asanas, useful for everyone and specifically recommended for entrepreneurs.

Deep Breathing :

Deep breathing is a great way to begin meditating. When the breath is made steady, the mind becomes calm like a still lake. This establishes a fertile ground for meditation to blossom. The combination of deep breathing and meditation activates the parasympathetic nervous system promoting deep relaxation.

Nadishodhan Pranayam:

Nadi shodhana pranayama or anulom vilom pranayama is the best cleanse your nervous system can receive. It’s great for your heart and lungs, and of course, for stress and anxiety.

Bhramari Pranayam:

The technique derives its name from the Indian bee - ‘bhramari’ - and involves rhythmic humming, with both index fingers holding the ears closed while breathing in and out. It works to soothe the nerves, especially around the forehead. The humming sound vibrations have a natural calming effect. It is believed to mitigate migraines, bring hypertension under control, and improve concentration.

Meditation :

Yoga and meditation go hand in hand. Find our just 20 minutes, for doing meditation, as per your available time. And you will be going to tap on your back, for the wisest decision of your lifetime. One can start with just listening to guided meditation.

A single blog may not be the right place to describe the benefits of yoga. But, It's an honest effort of Aimsolute Solutionist, to make everyone aware and understand the importance of International Yoga Day and inspire them to adopt yoga as a lifestyle.
